ACB Postpones Issuance of Central Contracts for Three Key Players
The Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB) has postponed the issuance of central contracts for Fazalhaq Farooqi, Naveenul Haq, and Mujeebur Rehman for a duration of one year.
These three players will not be provided with the No Objection Certificate (NOC) for participating in the franchise cricket league for the next two years.
Farooqi, Naveen, and Mujeeb expressed their desire to refrain from the national contract.
Through a statement on X (formerly known as Twitter), the ACB conveyed, ‘The ACB has opted to postpone the annual central contracts and has decided not to grant NOCs to three national players: Mujeebur Rehman, Fazalhaq Farooqi, and Naveenul Haq.
