Islamabad and Surrounding Regions Rattled by Recent Earthquake

Earthquake Tremors Felt in Islamabad and Adjoining Cities
Early on Friday, earthquake tremors were reported in various areas of Islamabad and nearby cities. The tremors, lasting for two to three seconds, were also felt in several cities across Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Kashmir.

Residents reacted to the seismic activity with panic, coming out of their homes and reciting verses from the Holy Quran. Fortunately, no loss of life or property was reported from any part of the country due to the earthquake.
