Ogra Announces Hike in LPG Prices

On Monday, a notification from the Petroleum and Gas Regulatory Authority (PGRA) revealed an upward adjustment in the prices of compressed natural gas (CNG).

The cost of the 11.8kg household cylinder has experienced a rise of Rs18.52, resulting in a revised total of Rs3,025.87. Additionally, PGRA established the rate for CNG at Rs256.42 per kg.

This determination follows the government’s decision to maintain the prices of fossil fuels unchanged for the upcoming two weeks.

In the preceding month, PGRA implemented a modest increase of approximately 1.5% in the CNG prices.
